TORONTO, April 8, 2021 – As we celebrate World Autism Month and our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are pleased to introduce three of our new staff members, who are all on the autism spectrum. Joining our staff in a part time capacity, Adam, Benoit and Mark bring a diverse background of professional and personal experiences.
“We are very excited to announce the launch of our new Walk Call Centre Team. All members of this team are proud autistic Canadians and bring a diverse and unique voice to our walk program. We value inclusivity within our workforce, and we are delighted such skilled members of the workforce chose to be part of Autism Speaks Canada’s family. We are looking forward to bringing a first-person perspective in all things Walk.”
– Melanie Haydon, National Director, Walk and Community Events
