Meet Shawna from New Brunswick
This cause is very near and dear to my heart because I want the world to see as much potential in these children as I do.”
Shawna is an early childhood educator in St Stephen, New Brunswick. She is dedicated to working with children on the autism spectrum and does whatever she can to support their individual needs in school. Shawna has a 10-year-old stepson who has autism, making this important work very close to her heart.
Autism is a big part of her everyday life, at work and at home. It is her dream that the world will see as much potential in autistic children as she does.
We are so grateful to Shawna for dedicating her career to support autistic children, and hope that her voice will inspire other educators, and all Canadians, to create a kinder, more inclusive world for people with autism.
Please join us in helping create a kinder more inclusive world for people with autism. Show your support for Shawna and other people with autism by donating generously.
