Meet Abby

Autism Speaks Canada is committed to ensuring access to reliable information and services throughout the lifespan. Our Autism Response Team (ART) is an information line for the autism community. Our team members are specially trained to provide personalized information and resources to people with autism and their families.

Meet Abby, a member of our Autism Response Team. She provides one on one customized support to people who call in or email us.

Since 2017, we have received more than 1,000 inquiries through our Autism Response Team. 100% of the phone calls and emails receive a personalized response from our coordinator. 30% of ART requests concern school-age children. 60% of ART requests concern adult services.

How to contact ART: COVID-19 has made a large impact on autistic people and ART has been responsive to needs of Canadians.
