Host an Event

Autism Speaks Canada has a proud tradition of supporting grassroots initiatives to raise awareness and funds. You can join us by hosting an event in your community. Event ideas include dinners, auctions, poker runs and dine-to-donate nights as well as smaller-scale events such as car washes and dress down days.

  1. Organize a puzzle piece campaign in your school, at your workplace or in your community.
  2. Create your own event – ideas include dinners, car washes, dine- or shop-to-donate events.  
  3. Participate in or start a local Student Club.
  4. Start an online fundraising campaign.
  5. Enter into a Third-party Letter of Agreement.   
  6. Partner with Autism Speaks Canada for an event. Typically these events are on a national basis and raise over $250,000. For the partner events, a commercial co-venture agreement is necessary.
